INK for all Review: The All-In-One Suite for Writers

"INK for all" review

Meet INK for all: the all-in-one suite for writers - assisted by AI. It's the ultimate writing tool for anyone looking to craft perfect, SEO-optimized content.

The AI detector and plagiarism checker provide peace of mind, while the SEO side of INK ensures your copy stands out from the crowd. And more importantly? Get discovered.

Whether you're a solopreneur like me, or have a team of writers, INK for all is the perfect fit for all of us. They have revolutionized the way we compose copy.

INK for all’s AI-assisted functionality makes it even easier to get work done quickly and accurately. With INK, you can turn your ideas into reality in a fraction of the time without going from one platform to another.

In the past, I used a ton of different AI tools to write with. I then had to run my copy through a plagiarism checker. Next, copy/paste all that into a keyword app to "pepper in" the "right amount" of keywords.

Followed by copying/pasting it all into an AI detector/checker. And then put it all back inside the original writing app for a final grammar check.

Stop the madness!

What Makes INK for all Better and Safer?

INK for all has a proprietary AI Content Shield designed to help us steer clear of AI-generated copy that Google will flag in an instant. Feel safe posting your content without the fear of getting a Google slap down.

INK also protects you from accidental plagiarism.

Scroll to the bottom of the center column, and there lives the Purple Shield. It will alert you when you need to add more 'human-typed' words. Keep a healthy, safe, balanced ratio of AI-to-human input/output.

Let's take a closer look at all the amazing benefits INK offers.

Content Planner for Strategy Management

There is a content planner for folks like me who may have "winged it" in the past. Now I'm seeing things in a different light.

It's time to do it the right way.

Plan your work and work your plan. If you wing it like I used to, all your hard work will never be found. No one will ever read it except for your bro, besties, and in-laws.

Keywords and Clustering Benefits with INK

To see larger images (with a blue caption link) simply click on the link or image and the"Gallery" feature will open. You can scroll through all the images. To exit, click "Close X" in the lower RH corner.

You can scroll through all the images.
To exit, tap the "<" back button.

No more hours and hours spent laboring over keyword research—INK does that for us.

Give INK your keyword phrase. It then generates related keyword topics and clusters them for us. Our aim is to use the top-ranking CPC keywords from the CSV output/file. Why? Because they're competitive. They are being actively searched for.

From those top-ranking keywords, use the Content Planner to outline your article queue. Create your plan of attack using those top keywords as your next article's topics.

INK has tons of templates too—to aid in writing. No more "blank screen of death." That's what everyone loves about AI, right? The ability to remove writer's block.

The thing is, if that's all you're using AI for, you'll run into serious plagiarism issues and AI-detected copy no-nos. Solve that problem by using INK for all and their protective Content Shield.

Relevant Topics: No Keyword Stuffing Needed

INK keeps your work-in-progress up-to-date by using the freshest relevant topics related to your article's keywords. INK understands the semantics of the language used by your particular audience and creates your article geared towards them, quickly and efficiently.

In other words, long gone are the awkward days of peppering in keywords. Yes—using those keywords that really weren't relevant to your article—just so you could rank. Google reads pages and understands the context even more so. They know what we're trying to say. And so does INK.

Using INK's Relevant Topics function, you will produce articles that are accurate, relevant, and engaging. Stay ahead of the pack by using INK's suggested topics to include in your piece.

Diving Deeper into Relevant Topics

There are two areas: Sources, and Topics. When in Sources, click on a word and it expands to show the related content. You can copy it "as is" by clicking on the button.

You can also choose to rewrite (highly recommended!) at the click of a button. It will paraphrase it and then put it right where your cursor is in your article. Pay attention to where your cursor is, folks! The copied-over content will also include the (optional) original source.

In the Topics part of Relevant Topics, are a list of words. At the very top are words to include. Orange-labeled words show how many times you've used it and how many times to use it.

It also tells you how many times, on average, high-performing competitors used that word. Green-labeled words mean you're good to go. Red labeled words? Hmm. That means you've got some work to do (Susan).

You will also see at a glance any "overused" words. Right now, it's telling me I've used "INK" 28 times. I should use it 7 times (for the amount of words I've written so far). No surprise! And I need to come up with another word for "content"... ;-)

You can filter by Single Word or use the Smart Filter which shows Opportunity, In Progress, Covered, and Overused. Handy stuff to know!

Fix Hard-To-Read Sentences Fast

When we use AI-generated content, or stuff straight off the top of our heads, it's easy to ramble on. This creates convoluted sentences. That's when Word Tasks comes to our rescue!

Head on over to the SEO tab in the right-hand column. It opens up to display your INK SEO score. Aim for 95+ and you'll be in "great shape" to rank.

Beneath the overall score are Relevant Topics, Content Shield, Word Tasks, Document Tasks, and Headline Tasks.

At the very bottom is the Word Count of your document.

WORD TASKS:

I love the way you click from one task to the next. When inside a section, such as Word Tasks, use the up and down arrows. Quickly find the "offender" so you can fix it.

In the Composition area (at the top of Word Tasks), INK for all tells me I have 3 hard-to-read sentences. And 4 very hard-to-read sentences. I need to work on those!

Below the Composition area is the Completed Tasks area. In there, I see my Word Count, Adverbs Used, and Passive Voice.

There's also a Readability Grade, Subheads Found, Unique Hyperlinks, along with Lengthy Sections Without Subheads, and Consecutive Sentences Found.

I'm pleased to say that I've "passed" all those because they're in the "Completed Tasks" area. INK keeps track in real-time of all the edits and copy additions, or subtractions, I make.

DOCUMENT TASKS:

In the Document Tasks area, there are Content, Meta, and Completed Tasks. It alerts you to Keyphrase in Headline, Keyphrase in First Para, and Keyphrase in Subhead. Next is Keyphrase in Article, which tells me how many key phrases to aim for.

Next up: Images With Alt Text alerts you to any images that need Alt Text adding.

In Meta, you'll add your Meta Title and Meta Description. Enter the deets (using the 'copy headline' function) and you'll get your score. Aim for 100%.

HEADLINE TASKS:

INK for all keeps count of the number of words used in your headlines and provides the "ideal count" to aim for. It also alerts you to the Emotional Intelligence of your headlines.

  • Are my headlines boring?
  • Will they resonate with people?

They will resonate if you follow INK's suggestions! Aim for "A" in Emotional Intelligence. How? Simply expand Emotional Intelligence and select words from either "Greed," or "Sloth" to include in your headlines.

Using AI Assistant to Increase Productivity

We all need assistance every now and then. Use it as you progress down your page. Right now, over in the left-hand column in "AI Assistant," I see "Ask INK to write anything." Directly below, you can optionally "Provide some context."

First, make sure your cursor is below your headline or subhead when generating a paragraph's output. If you forget and it comes out "bold" as a headline, select it and then deselect it by clicking on the headline formatting icon in the toolbar. That will change it to body copy.

Here are two images of the INK's AI assistant:

In the above image, you can see the "prompt" added is: "Write sales copy about running shoes," and the image below shows the output.

From there, you'd select the SEO icon on the top right-hand column and edit away!

Keeping Score in INK for all

The image below shows you I'm at an 82% SEO score! I am aiming for over 90%.

Start From Scratch or a Do-Over?

With INK, you can start from scratch. Place your cursor in the headline area and hit "Compose." INK will then create the headline, based on your chosen keyword you added at the very top of the right-hand column.

Next, have INK compose a paragraph. Move your cursor below the headline. Rinse and repeat.

If you want to run an existing article through INK, just copy and paste it in. Add your seed keyword at the very top of the right-hand column. INK will then get to work on your behalf.

Make your edits, et voilà! An updated relevant article is now ready to make its (second) debut and reach more readers.

Comfortable Computer Work Modes

Dyslexia Text Mode in INKDyslexia Text Mode in INK

"Focus Mode" greys out the content above and below the area where you're writing, i.e. where the cursor is.

Draws your eye immediately back to the spot - after your coffee break - to where you need to continue typing, or insert a graphic, etc.

"Typewriter Mode" moves your page up a line as you type, so your eyes stay at the same level.

BTW: You can use both "Focus" and "Typewriter" modes at the same time. Pretty cool.

"Sound Mode" creates the sound and feeling that you're typing on an old typewriter as your fingers hit the keys! Didn't realize how much I missed that sound (showing my age here!)

There's also "Dyslexia Mode" which is shown in the image. All these work modes are in the "Accessibility" menu on the top left, directly under your page title.
