Welcome to ChatBot News: Lifelike human avatar chat for your websites ... imagine having a chatbot that actually reads your page, and in return, gives visitors spoken-out-loud lip-synced relevant, pertinent answers to their chat queries! And your very own personalized chatbot moves (and talks), just like a real person!
Yep, imagine that.
Well, you don't have to "imagine it" anymore.
This chatbot is a lifelike, human-talking avatar. It provides your visitors with answers to their questions gleaned from your website. You see, you teach this chatbot to read specific pages on your site, and/or "feed it" a .pdf that it can reference/learn from. Easy peasy.
In fact, here is the name of this exciting breakthrough bot: HumanBot. Click the link to the left, or the big image below to learn more!
HumanBot can be used on ANY website which is "very handy" for me as I have a dozen websites - so that brings down the cost of this HumanBot! (It isn't expensive to begin with, IMHO).
I'm very impressed so far, to say the least.
Look, I know chat boxes aren't new; we've all experienced them when we want "customer service" right away! We welcomed the chat box. It also meant we didn't have to actually "talk to someone"! Those old-school chat boxes were trained on previous customer chats' responses in order to provide answers. That's AI in action, (predictive text)... but it also meant that the online business owners had to hire a person who knew everything about their website's business. More often than not, the hired human gives the right answers, sometimes they get stuff wrong.
But not with HumanBot. If you have him learn from your web pages, he'll be able to find the right answer to your visitors' question(s).
We TRAIN our HumanBot(s) to gather info. from the page(s) the HumanBot code will be placed on.
If for instance, your visitor interacts with your HumanBot on your homepage, you can instruct that homepage HumanBot to learn from the home page, plus your 'about' page.
You can include whatever other pages make sense to you that you think visitors might have questions about.
Again, I'm so excited about this for a couple of reasons:
I've heard that a lot of people are searching for stuff through ChatGPT rather than Googling stuff. If you're in the middle of creating a post, why not ask ChatGPT the very same question you'd ask Google - in the same app? Saves time and the steps of switching tabs back and forth...
Why am I mentioning that? - (which might be obvious to all reading it)...
Because Google is now looking closer at your bounce rates. Note the word "closer." They've always looked at bounce rates, but now they're paying much closer attention because all Google wants is for your visitors to find what they're looking for. If visitors quickly leave a page, i.e. they don't see immediately what they're looking for, they go elsewhere. Google takes note of that.
Again, why I am mentioning that?
Because the LONGER we can keep visitors on our page, and have the ability to provide answers via our HumanBot, the better off our site will be because our bounce rates will improve. Look, I don't think "search" will go away completely, so we still need to rank on search pages. Folks will still use Google to search, but you can see where this is headed.
Another very important factor for our pages: make them EEAT-able. That means: Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trustworthy.
